“ Despite its success, the Little Brown Hens breakfast team had a table for us within a reasonable wait time. Breakfast was served fast, hot and delicious by impeccable and attentive waiters. Their recommendations and specials were out of this world. The decor and the cheerful atmosphere both make up for the wait time, and had us chatting quietly over good coffee and fresh products cooked skillfully. Eager to come again. ”
“ The local legend. Prices are high and they only take cash. But its not every day you can get fresh crab off the boat for an eggs Benedict or an elk chicken fried steak. This place is pricey and normally above what I am willing to pay for breakfast but its the best morning food on the coast. The money is going to a good community and good people too. Please visit this place. ”
“ Omgoodness they have the best seafood chowder. I was working a long 13 hour day and just dying for good chowder. I remembered their elk burgers were amazing, so I decided to go see if they had chowder.. thank goodness! They had it ready in just a few mins they never disappoint! ”
“ Food was pretty good the beginners were heavenly if not exactly traditional, they were amazing. The chicken from the chicken and waffles was mostly breading, so not great but the breading was good, just sad on the chicken. Everything else was very tasty! The restaurant is bigger inside than it appears outside, so you might have trouble with parking. Overall very good!! ”
“ The waitress did a great job! Our food was delicious. Love the windows. ”
“ 5 stars all around! One of the better dining experiences on the Oregon coast possibly the best. Everybody that worked here was friendly and immediately makes you feel welcome. The food was incredible we tried several things on the menu and every single dish was great. I would recommend the shrimp grits or the biscuits gravy. The coffee mugs are really cute and handthrown with a custom logo added on. You can purchase them to take home. I would definitely come back here if in the area again. It is a cashcheck only spot, but theres an ATM in the restaurant and the prices are very reasonable, so its very much worth it. ”
“ As an Italian coming to the US for holidays, these are the places that I love the most. Sunday morning, full of local people having breakfast with their families and friends, the servers were very kind and always smiling, the food was delicious and the prices were ok. They do not accept cards but theres an ATM available inside so no problems at all. Fantastic. ”
“ We went here 3 years ago and on a whim I had the chicken and waffles, which I had never had before. The chicken was light and the breading was perfectly crunchy and seasoned. The waffles were incredible. It was some of the best fried chicken I have ever had. My husband got the biscuits and gravy and said they were incredible! Staff were extremely friendly. Got food quickly. We came back 3 years later for my birthday breakfast and were not disappointed! The prices are high, but it is worth it. I cant recommend enough! ”
